IMO I think white makes it look like a big toaster. Also remember it takes longer to pick up darker colors by radar/lasar!

I love that Lemans Blue and new Sport Package add on! I'd take that over my Red. Done black never go back. White? Would never consider.

Grey nice.
Silver nice but boring.

Sedona = horrific.

Indeed. I love the 1 in SGM. People everywhere tell me, "Its a gorgeous color", or "It looks so classy". Cant wait to get my CF lip. The very subtle difference in color looks fantastic to me. Just $100 away! And it seemed by the polls that SGM is second only to AW so its all good to me.

White has historically been the color that represents German motorsports. That may have something to do with it.
I was going to disagree with you and say that the Germans were traditionally silver, but Wikipedia says we're both right: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of..._racing_colors

Currently, BMW's cars in F1, WTCC, and ALMS are all white.

White should only be allowed for police and rental cars. White is a non-color.

No car looks good in white.

That weird orange/red colour looks fantastic on a sunny day I'll have you know.

I actually was considering Sedona Red pretty heavily until I saw the AW/Terra mix, and that sold me on the spot.

But SR is still a pretty cool color.

Unbelievably true! Every time I see one, I get hungry for toast.

Right, black is for Mercedes, as for prestige cars, when white is for BMW as for moto sport cars.

Why White?

... because I live in AZ and it's f-in HOT. And it's dusty here and black is impossible to keep looking clean.

Same here...if it wasn't for the availability of sparkling graphite last year, I'd currently be driving in an alpine white. Most likely with the BMW performance side stripes.

Sedona Red Rules....!

When it's clean and the sun is on it, it just has something special about it

white cause it's mutch cleaner than dark colors.

+ it makes a nice contrast with the black plastics all around car.
+ it is just beautiful at any point, any time.

black is horrible for cleaning.(when shinning it's the best colour)
red I dislike it
blue I already have one car,and finaly got bored
SG is kind a good colour too,but steel went with AW.

all colours are fine at all!
