Seems pretty cool for those who want performance without the warranty worries.
Of course for those not worried about warranties, there are much more potent options for similar or less money.

Although the picture shows the sticker, there's no mention of the new black kidney grill. Seems like it got deleted from the original press release...
Now all we need to wait for is for this item to show up in the dealership system. They still have no idea what I'm talking about when I inquire. |

599 plus 2 hours labor comes out to about $850, not bad. Considering that it should be problem free and not need to be removed for service or emissions tests, I think it is a reasonable deal. .2 seconds on 0-60 would suggest more than a 20 horsepower increase.

Their stock numbers are conservative too. I'd like to see the dyno, before comparing this to 3rd party mods.

Can someone provide a link to a BMW website (bmw.com, shopbmwusa.com, etc.) that confirms the special pricing for these tunes?
All I see is bimmerpost and other non-BMW websites talking about it. Hard to negotiate with dealers without an official website that you can point to. |

They won't negotiate anything until they have the item in their system. By then they should have a price. |

I can't even decipher their dyno chart, and a section of it is missing. It looks like it came from marketing. Hence, the independent dyno results I posted, which confirm that their stock numbers are conservative. Many other independent dyno tests have shown the same.
So, I would like to see independent dyno tests for this mod.
