Replacing Turbos on 135i w/m sport
Good morning all. I just received my freshly rebuilt turbos back from the rebuilders. I want to have them installed here locally in the NYC area. I live in Westchester county but I will travel a few miles for a good installer.
My question is What, besides the turbo install kit I'm ordering from FCP will I need. I'm referring to the oil lines and coolant lines to and from the turbo. I'm trying to compose a list of the lines I'll need so I can bring them along with the turbos and the new engine oil, BMW coolant, Install kit, etc. Also, I had someone in mind to do the install but he's inconveniently located. He's not too far but he's just not local to any trains for the ride home to White Plains. Does anyone know of anyone reputable that can do the job for me. Thanking you all in advance. |
