Quality is top notch and fitment was excellent. I consider myself a novice when it comes to bolt-ons but the quality made it really easy for me to install. Definitely recommend! A++
Thanks for the vids, any chance you plan on grabbing a few more? It sounds great BTW, think I am in for one.

I should be able to by the end of the week. Those were taken on just an iphone, we were more excited about a successful install than quality video, ha.

Video is up.

I have the Gen I exhaust and it does drone quite a bit. If I were to install downpipes and a Gen II exhaust, are you saying it would be more quiet than my current setup? That would put me in an interesting position.

One thing that does put me off a bit is the denial that some of the Gen I exhausts don't fit correctly, as mine sits a little to the left I think.. I've had multiple people look at it, and I'm an amateur mechanic too, but the thing doesn't fit perfectly! There simply isn't the proper clearance without metal running into each other. Regardless, it's a great exhaust with great sound and I'd give the Gen II a go.

Yes we had two cars right next to each other.

My N54 135i (GEN I with stock DPs)
Customers N54 135i ( G II and Active DPs)

My exhaust still sounded with bit more growl than his.

In regards to the fitment, we have had no problems whatsoever. Other than the spacers that you need to use on the bottom braces when you have a convertible.

I should have read before posting that lol. I see it is good for a few more days still. Question if anyone can answer, If you have the DCT in sport mode, does it still make the shift fart with this exhaust ?

Messaged Manny a few days ago and ordered the AA Gen 2 exhaust and downpipe. I'll post some pics and videos once they arrive.

Snapped a photo of the downpipe before I had it installed. Looks pretty sick and really opened up the car as well.

here is a video with the downpipe and stock exhaust
