Talking Took PCD on Tuesday...couple of pics of the new ride

After a long 11 week wait I finally took delivery of my AW/CR/Aluminum 135i and i couldn't be happier. PCD was an absolute blast and I recommend anyone thinking about it to go ahead and do it. I just wish it hadn't been raining pretty much the entire day!

Please excuse the picture quality, its time for me to invest in a new camera.

I couldn't think of a better way to be greeted at the Performance Center than having my car sit right at the front door when I walked in.

Anyway, let me know what you guys think.

Nice ride. Test drove one when I took the MINI for some fluid change and boy, what a joy to drive!

Nice looking 135i! I really like the red and black interior.

I bet the PCD was awesome too. Thanks for sharing. I did the one day M School down there in December 2006. That was a blast!

Thanks guys! Yeah PCD was a total blast, I managed to make my girlfriend throw up even! I want to go back and take a day or two of their M driver classes. There were some going on the same day and it looked insane.

Ah, so you were the one. Donnie mentioned that on Wednesday when I did my PCD

Yeah, it's a shame your PCD wasn't one day later; first the weather was AWESOME on Wednesday, and second it would've been awesome to meet there

Since I was on my own, I got to drive double on the track. I had a blast and Donnie had to keep telling me to stop for a moment because I kept catching up with the M3 in front of me

Haha yeah Donnie is a cool guy. I don't think my girlfriend will ever forget her first PCD.

She also went way too fast at the 50mph break test thing and went on the grass. Donnie gave her crap for that as well.

Looks great, congrats! Looks a lot like my wife's, but a model year newer. Which makes me wonder: what are the cosmetic differences between a 2011 and a 2012? Is it only the front and rear lights?

I believe those are the only differences...I'm not totally certain though.

Pro tint in Dacula, Chris is very good also has reasonable prices. 678-985-0704. He's mobile, just tell him Alberto with DelRio sent you, he'll give you a good deal!

Outstanding! I'll give him a call in the next few days once it warms up a bit. I hear window tint takes a few days to fully dry and it's not good to get it done when it's super cold out.
