This control arm set replaces your stock front suspension wishbone and tension arms. increased negative camber, increased steering feedback, and strengthened solid joints. The negative camber is increased by approximately .75 degrees for better turn-in and chassis balance. These M3 upgrade arms can be used with the stock, non-M suspension on both E9X and E8X cars.

One of the key advantages of the M3 arms is in the bushings. The tension arm bushings are not filled with fluid like the non-M stock bushings (which tends to leak out). The solid rubber design make them stiffer and last longer. The wishbone has a sealed inner spherical bearing that provides much more precision.

For cars with xenon or adaptive headlights the original non-M headlight leveling arm cannot be re-used.

I suggest upgrading the M3 Thrust Arms with the GAS Monoball Ball joint. for additional improvements.

I will not split these parts, I have no use for them.

current TRW Control Arms are no longer made the same way as OEM. They are not produced in Germany anymore so do not hold the same standard. theses are now produced in Malaysia.

so you can't get new OEM grade for less than $300.
