Window intermittently not working

As title states the window only works intermittently, sometimes the one touch will operate fine other times the window gets to around half way closed and then starts winding itself down again to about 1/4 open the solution is usually to jiggle the switch and dance the window upwards.

I've tried resetting the windows and no joy.

Bought the car like this and it's getting annoying

Any clues or help would be appreciated.

Mine did the same. I found that if I closed the window while moving, or revved the engine a hair, it would close properly. It was only the passenger window.

I would be suspecting FRM module, battery, or window regulator.

Would this also affect window wipers (auto function not working, setting them to on just makes them go crazy) and make my start stop not work?

I don't believe the FRM module would affect those things. Might be looking at battery / alternator / voltage regulator in that case...

I suspected the battery might be at fault, possibly changed by the previous owner without registering it to the car
