Style 264s on base 128i

Picked up a staggered set of 264’s off kijiji for $500 with new tires for the summer. Haven’t seen any post about these wheels on the base 128i on the forum.

Looks pretty good!

I put them on today because I was worried about the ride height being too high. After putting them on it sits just perfect.

Had those on my first 135i. Love 'em. Classic wheel for the 1 series.

Silver 5-spoke wheels just look so classy to me.

Although, the wheels came with new Firestone Indy 500's and they do look a little stretched on the rim.

That could just be me not being used to the shape of these tires.

On my 17's I had ps4s and they looked more meaty.

But cant complain getting 4 wheels and 4 new tires for $500!

I use a set on my summer setup with Bridgestone Pole Position S-04s. Great wheels.

Good deal!

FYI - if you're running stock sized 215/40 and 245/35... you'll find the tires a tad stretched. I ended up running 225/40 and 255/35 PS4S on my style 261M (same dimensions as style 264), sidewalls are pretty vertical.

If memory serves, I'm running 225/40 in the front and 245/35 in the rear (S-04). I'll have to try 255/35 in the rear when I need new tires.

yeah, that's a steal for sure!

I just replaced 4 indy 500's, and they're not the screamin' deal they used to be...
I was just over a grand out the door from discount tire, including the replacement certs, mounting, disposal & other state stuff

Believe that 225/255 is an ideal OD match vs. 225/245.

225/40 is about 0.5" taller than 245/35 (slightly taller sidewall on the 225 than the 245).
The additional 0.5" width on the 255 vs. the 245 is nice too. A little more traction.

Nifty...

I went for the 1M ducting on my first bumper, debating now while I have the option with a new bumper to play with......

I still like the aggressive large ducts, but The Wife thought the fog light version was neat....

Delayed reply! I put some tinted film on the fogs to make them disappear a bit when not on. So the eyes were not drawn to them.

Nice! Love the 264s.

Wheels make the car.

I recently did an OEM replacement of my style 313s. They're still perfect - just cleaned them up yesterday...

264s are by far my favorite looking wheel on the 1 Series. I just wish the fronts were a little wider. Regardless, that is what I run!
