245/40 on stock 135i msport w/ 17x8 et47 wheels?

Can anyone confirm fitment front and rear? Looking at running Dunlop sportmaxx rt2 tires specifically

Rear's will be no issue.

Front's will likely rub on the strut/spring perch, and you'll need a spacer and potentially front camber to avoid rubbing on the fender.
