Transmission Oil Fluid @ 130k miles

Basically, I’m wondering if I should change the oil at this point or just leave it? Does this ZF transmission tear itself apart like others? Would I be at risk of destroying the transmission if I swap the oil? 2010 135i Steptronic

tors influencing the service life of transmissions in individual operation, ZF recommends an oil
change after 150,000 km for its transmissions.”

My vote is change your trans oil soon.
