received 5 days after ordering. Color match (BSM) is very good and it came with 3m tape attached ready for install. Installation was very easy with a little soapy water to allow for minor adjustment. Pics aren't the best. $79 painted and shipped.

Jet black on Sedona Red. I polished it with a swirl remover right after install (did the whole car) and then sealed it with Klasse All-In-One along with the rest of the car. Looks spectacular! The last pic really shows off the black lines too haha

Hey guys I have a BSM 128 and was wondering if a color matched one, jet black, or even cf would look better. Deciding mainly between color matched and cf, but I thought id throw out the jet black just to see what people think. Will be the first modification to my car

There probably won't be enough of a contrast for a Jet Black spoiler. I think it would look like you just got the wrong part. I'd go BSM or CF.

AW BSM trunk spoiler

Finally getting around to posting my work on the $88 performance spoiler from emotors2000 on eBay.

Like others in this thread, I ordered and it was promptly delivered. I had a small quality issue with an end that wasn't painted, but this was promptly resolved with the vendor and touch up paint was delivered quickly. The paint was overall good and I don't have any complaint or issue with it.

Installation was super easy, plenty of quality 3M tape to secure, good fit to shape, it looks good! I installed it myself after following the installation guide, and can say that 6 months later and 6k+ km of varied driving that it looks like I just put it on.

Here are some photos of my AW with BSM spoiler.

Have any of you guys noticed any faded paint when you removed the original 135i spoiler? I don't want to see a difference on the top of the trunk if I remove it and install the ebay spoiler.

I didn't notice any faded paint, but the car has been garage stored for the most part while not on the road.

I got a BSM spoiler about 6 months ago and it still looks and fits great. I just detailed my car over the weekend and looked it over close and am amazed at how good it fits and matches. I thought at the time that for $80 I may as well give it a try. I am glad I did because it still seems too good to be true.

I got a free used ebay spoiler so I wrapped it in 3m 1080 carbon fiber wrap and tossed it on.

hate to revive an old thread, but do this wings have any actual down force capabilities or are they purely aesthetic?

Mostly aesthetic, I haven't noticed any great handling change. If you are going
over 140 mph then you may be able to tell. Maybe some of the Autobahn drivers can give their input.
It has never been tested to my knowledge since wind tunnel time is expensive.
Theoretically it should produce a small amount of down force, probably about $88.00 worth.

Use fishing line to saw off the glue underneath and then use bug remover to get the remaining glue off
