INPA for e82
Downloaded INPA and trying to register a new battery for my 128i. All I see is E87....no E82. Is there a newer version available? Had my seats recovered and want to replace my original battery (2013) and get rid of a possible airbag light. Forgive my ignorance but all this is new to me. Thanks

^He has no idea ...
Use the E87 option. It's the same thing ... and actually there is no E82 option. An alternative, and easier to use, is ProTool --> https://www.bimmergeeks.net/protool . |

I've always been told and used E89 (F10)
Maybe they both work?

Just one of those weird BMW quirks - you would have thought they would have used e81 to represent the whole family of cars in the software. IIRC, the e81 and e87 were introduced at the same time, with the e82 and e88 three years later.
