kw v3 tuning help

Hey yall,

i have a 550 whp ST 135i with kwv3, camber plates, m3 control arms, and installing front sway bar today. I been trying to figure out how to dial in the kws, the car feels good at low speeds, but at higher speeds it like floats all over the damn place, kinda scary and hard to control. alignment is at -2 infront -1.8 in back

I do have a vert, so wondering if i just need to stiffen rebound / compression. I am not exactly sure how to tell the difference of what needs to be stiffened and what doesn't.

Check your toe. More toe in will help stabilize the car.

My car has similar mods and is rock solid at high speeds. You may also want to check your bushings in the rear subframe and suspension to make sure they are not worn out.

More rebound, which should slow it down.

If it's a floatiness feeling, more rebound. If it's like the car wants to go all over the place, it's an alignment issue. Like someone mentioned above, more toe will give you more stability, especially with the negative camber you are running. Typically, zero toe front and 1/8" to 3/16" total in rear will not give you instability issues.
