Coolant temperature differential across radiator during track use

Has anyone tried logging the above in hot weather in order to determine whether the stock water pump actually flows enough to keep coolant temps down during track use?

Here in south china, even the N55 M2 overheats after two laps on track, and I am wondering if the mechanical water pump is reason the M2C doesn't overheat. I am currently running no less than three auxiliary radiators with a booster pump on my car. My coolant temps still climb when hot lapping in 100-110F weather.
