my question is if you buy a 128i with SPORT package and when you sell your car in X# of years, does it worth more or its the same as a non-sport 128i?

It depends on the buyer. You will probably not exclude buyers because you have the sport, but you certainly will exclude buyers if you don't.

I know when i was considering a used '06 330i, I ignored all listing that did not have the sport package, because I wanted it.

With the 1 series, I would say getting the sport package is even more important that with a 3 series because the audience is more of an enthusiast-type, and more likely to demand the sport package. In the 3-series, many, many people don't care about the sport package or having a manual transmission because many 3-series owners are not enthusiasts.

you are right about the 3 series, alot of people bought the 3 didn't know the advantages in the sport package.
I regret without it because the airbag alone would cost you almost $700
and without the sport package, you cannot put in a M3 steering wheel.
the non sport package steering wheel feel like a piece of SH!T....
plus the sport package get you better looking wheels, sport supsension, etc..
it is well worth it.
I can only blame the SA did not explain these features well enough to me but what the heck can I do now??
so on my next car, sport package is a serious consideration.
