I just bought an 2011 135. that came with set of OEM runflats. I would say there are 70% in both front and rear remaining. tires are in good condition, but the 261m wheels are pretty curbed up. let me konw if you are interested in swapping wheels and tires. I am in Aurora, so not too far from each other.

I may actually take your offer if BMW lets me. I have the 17" 207m rims and they demand to have these rims on the car when I return the lease. Sorry.

Never had a lease before but sounds like they make things difficult
Ever consider selling the car to someone at the buy back option? Usually its cheaper than market value

Thought about it. That's certainly one option. But I paid a no-hassle lease return insurance for $1000. They probably won't give me back the money if I decide to buy out.
