In that case, ZIPNBYE, would it be possible to improve my traction even with the runflats by lowering pressure in my tires a few PSI?
Or would the stiff sidewalls prevent any increase of contact patch whatsoever? |

A few psi lower in winter is fine...recognizing that the tire isn't going to be impacted by heat as much as in summer. Remember that tire pressure is affected by ambient air temperature, so check them often (weekly).
