Not trying to knock the OP, but if I was going to steal a car, from a BMW dealership in Vegas...it most likely wouldn't be an e90 335i. If the secured garage is anything like the secure garages in Chicago or NYC, they aren't what one would call easily accessible to public.

My hunch, inside job. Car was probably flagged by some gang for car jacking, or someone just really wanted it. Someone in dealership, probably in service, gave the scoop to thieves...

Now, BMW dealership claiming no responsibility is BS. Car was dropped off for service, expected to be returned to owner without unscathed. BMW dealership failed to provide this, therefore it is there responsibility to make it right. If they denied it, something like this has probably happened before...

If I were in OPs shoes, I'd get an attorney involved, Contact BMW of NA, and local business bureau.
