Yet another new tire

Thanks to 128 looking like its been mortar attacked I apparently hit another pothole and blew the same tire I had replaced in september. Is there anyone I can send the bill to? this is my third tire on this car thanks to the roads.

Anyway... does anyone know what I need to buy to have a spare wheel/tire ready to go in the trunk, ive been lucky getting home without runflats.

Also do i need a jack plate adaptor thing?

man that sucks...hopefully you didn't bend the rim too. back last march on 93N in andover i picked up a wicked bubble in my sidewall AND had to replace the wheel.

as far as putting a spare in the trunk, you'd just need some way to hold the thing in there. velcro mounts? bungee cords? -- subscribing to see what comes up

and no you don't need jack adapters. our jack points are normal aka under the car

Thanks, rim looks ok, i didnt really hit anything hard, i think its just a build up of constant bumping into holes even at low speed and the fact that my drive freezes up and ive had to use a lot of rocking/revs to get the car free.

Ive found a donut at bav auto, kit is about 330, do you know if that fits the 135?

Thing I would make sure of, is that it clears the brakes.
