Actually, is that a carbon hood? If you pause the video at 3:44 it does look like a dark/black/cf hood on the valencia model.

Pretty quiet around here for such a big marketing event. I am surprised BMW didn't do a better job of coordinating with the participants to release their personal reviews of the test drive with the m-power.com video.

The car looks great. The limited comments from the participants seem to allay fears about weak exhaust note, poor throttle response and power drop off beyond 5500 rpm.

I suspect the 1M will (mostly) fulfill our expectations. But BMW's marketing campaign is starting to do more harm than good for this badass little car.

The entire car was revealed to the participants. Maybe one of them can get in touch with one of the photochop experts and get it nailed down.
