*RSi Tuning - N55 Teaser 28WHP 55WTQ Bolt on Power!!!
**View Pre-Order Thread HERE**
I am very excited to be back in the community and developing products. Some of you may remember me from back in the day as the lead technician of Riss Racing. Thanks to the support of several E90 and 1addicts members, I have been able to bounce back and build my own aftermarket company. Race Spirit Inspired, or RSi Tuning, is now my main focus and we are very excited to bring products to the market that not only prove themselves on the dyno but also in crafted quality. All of our products are 100% US made and are thoroughly tested for performance, strength, and efficiency. Just a quick shout out to EAS. Tom and Steve have both been very helpful to the cause by letting us use their beautiful facility for dyno testing. Not to mention, they are very good people. Now, I would like to informally introduce RSi Tuning's Catless downpipe for the E82 N55 platform. DYNO: Dyno testing shows gains of 28WHP and 55WTQ over peak. Before and after dynos are done on an otherwise completely stock N55 135i. The system is a single 3.5" Downpipe that tapers to a single 3" midpipe. The videos and sound clips are with a stock axle-back or muffler. This will fit with all other axle-back setups. More information will be released periodically. The Owner of Burger Motorsports, Terry, has agreed to do further tuning and testing with the product since it allows for more aggressive tuning - This is not like other downpipes on the market . We will have very limited pre order pricing which is available to those serious buyers who contact us before the official release. Contact us via PM if you would like to temporary reserve a spot before hand since space is limited (no deposit necessary until full details are released).

So what makes this DP different than those other 3.5", 4" DP's?
I'm always pretty skeptical about vendor dyno claims. |

There will be options for both catless and catted, but the listed results are with a catless setup.
Just waiting for the weather to clear a bit and will get some nice video/sound clips for y'all

I can't see any possible way to improve a downpipe besides making it bigger. Can't wait to see what this new technology is. Hope it's worth the secrecy.

Fingers crossed that it's a pipe, like any other DP, but with a Turbonator built into it.
If so, may actually flow more exhaust gasses than the turbo can even provide I hope I didn't ruin the surprise. |

Come on...you are the only one (other than Chris@RSi) who really knows
I got your PM as well...we will release info and pics soon enough. There is only 1 other person who really knows what differentiates our downpipe from the others and I quoted him above...he knows because it is on his car for testing.

it sounds better and puts down more power than any other N55 dp even with oem pipping and muffler. I will try to get some dyno clips up ASAP. did I mention I'm also currently the fastest N55 in EAS dyno database? Did I miss anything Daniel? or yeah, the flame :P

Don't worry..This product will be in the hands of Terry at Burger Motorsports soon enough. If the N55 is capable of making 400whp then this product will help open the door.
