Hello, this is a Genuine tray insert to replace the useless insert in your currently. You can place a phone and wallet in here amongst other items besides a pen. IMO the armrest finally becomes useful for storage.

It doesn't have its own PN. It's sold as an assembly 51169110501/2/3 (interior colors)
Well I'll admit I "destroyed" one of mine to remove BUT that was due to ignorance. I purchased a beige console even though my car is black, so no loss. Knowledge gained though.
I think anyone can easily remove the assembly which includes the lid and such. Pop off cover, unbolt, detach and tape down cable, remove.
With the assembly removed, you have to remove the side caps for the lid on both sides. There are four tabs in the circular part plus one on the extension part
See last two posts for an idea: I suggest a pick, since I believe it's possible to do without damaging the plastic, if you have a good order.

Part 6 has a tab that pushes in and then they come out. At that point the lid and tray section separate. Then to separate the tray from the bottom moulding, I say good luck since I don't remember that part well. Mine just sort of forcefully pulled apart. You could break the phone cradle, just keep the bottom in good condition since its staying in the car!
