135i to 1m fender (N5 tuner conversion)
I bought these 1m conversion fenders for my 135i from N5 tuner. They are all carbon fiber and look amazing! I just bought some 1m side marker but have found it nearly impossible to find the gasket that goes in between the side marker and the fender. I have tried my local BMW dealer and have still come up empty. If anyone has any idea where to get them or even a part number for the gasket that would be very appreciated.

Those fenders fit the OE BMW E82 Non-M front bumpers. They are 15mm wider per side, but the fender clips are in the same position as stock.

As in, they taper inwards at the front and are wider at the rear? I'd actually really like that look, very aggressive, and easy to check treadwear...

Very nice!! Always wanted the look of the 1M but not worry about how rare they are (my dads has 2,800 miles...). Do they add any tire space? Or purely cosmetic?

Now I'm seeing the draw of these fenders, if only I could afford wheels and tires like what I just described Very cool product, especially since it fits with the stock bumper...I'm getting ideas!

These only allow 15mm per side extra. Half that to get your effective wheel width addition. So allows a 9" wheel comfortably with a 255 width tire up front. You'll still need at least 1.7 degrees negative camber due to the stock clip placements. It tapers to stock fender width at both the front bumper and the side skirt.
You will NOT be able to fit a 10.5" wheel up front with these. Additionally, you will NOT be able to fit a 295 width tire with these. They are NOT as wide even as stock 1M fenders. Also, don't think its possible to run a 11" wheel out back on nonM rear quarters. If you have evidence of that, I'd love to see it! Quote:

What offset would you guess/reccomend? Stay with et42 apex and throw 255s on? Or go down to et30 with 255s? Last edited by pepper135I; 10-17-2018 at 05:26 AM.. |

18x9et35 with 255 tire will poke ~16mm more than the standard 18x8.5et45 with 235 width. There are variables but that get you a general idea.
