Welcome to the CA auto scene where all functionality and practicality must be ruined. It's an engineer's worst nightmare.

If you go to China, you will end up eating with chopsticks instead of knives and forks. same concept. If you go to one of the world's largest car scenes AKA California, you end up with something like this and this isnt even extreme. I like to stand out from the crowd and do something that is different. I don't care what criticism I get. I like the way my car is. I didn't even post up the "extreme" looking photos of the fitment. All I said was "hellaflush" and there's already a riot

I don't take offense that you guys dont like the way it looks. but i do take offense that you guys have to turn to petty personal attacks. this isn't grade school guys.

Not really a fan of CCW's anymore, but they do look nice. I even like the stance as is..

Also, those tires aren't too stretched... I wouldn't worry about them one bit.

Maxnix,
Your opinion is your opinion but I have noticed that you have a way of stating your opinion while being rude as hell. I'm sure others on this forum have seen the same thing. Think about what your saying before you type. Also, to stop this from turning this thread ugly, PM me direct if you want to discuss this comment.

Looks good man I don't think it is overly aggressive. I can't wait to get my 1er and throw some agressive offset wheels on so everyone can cringe...too conservative around here

205 front and 225 rear would be stretched.. what ive done is nothing too crazy however my tire installer did have somewhat of a hard time

I'm thinking about spacers in the front maybe 5mm. I have to see if and when I drop it.

Totally agree. Nothing wrong with a nice set of vmr's or alufulgen but its just so played out on 1ers. Unfortunately the one is offset challenged, one of the few things i hate about it.

Hah.. I used to have 205/45 on a 17x9.5 before going to 215/35 on 18x8.5 on my last car.

Said 205..

Don't think I am going to get into that with this one though.

They look good but this car does not strike me as a "wheels with a lip" car...European cars tend to look better with the concave look....maybe because the offsets are not aggressive enough to squeeze in a sizable lip.

1" front and 3" rear lip or so. its a step lip so it looks like theres less lip than there really is. step lip is nice
