Link to CARB Website (for those stuck at VPC)

Looks like CARB updates their Executive Orders online on a daily basis. See this link:

http://www.arb.ca.gov/msprog/onroad/.../2009/2009.php

The existing BMW Executive Orders (most recent on 9/25) pertain to the non-twin turbo 2009 models. All these Orders appear to be 2 page PDFs. The middle of the second page lists the specific BMW models affected. If you keep an eye on this page, you'll probably be days ahead of your CA in terms of knowing when your car will finally be released.

Great resource!

Thanks much, Red135i, for the link.

I hate to admit it, but I looked for this same web page yesterday, and never found it.

I recommend sorting the "Modified" column header to display in ascending order so the most recent updates are plainly visible at the top of the column.

Thanks again Red135i. Nice work.

In case anyone feels compelled to contact CARB directly, someone over on e90post just did so. They got a canned bureaucratic response that shed absolutely no light on the situation.

Here's a copy of the CARB E.O.

The trucking company will be loading vehicles over the weekend.
