BMW series 1 2010 2.0D no ignition

I am trying to repair BMW series 1 from 2010 - client brought this car to me with no ignition working.
When I put the key into slot all I can see is handbrake light on the dash, iDrive is coming up with information that the car cannot start and that is all.
Windows are working so there is some juice into it.
I tried to reprogram CAS 3 with I-COM but no change after that, tried disconnecting IBS, reseting battery info in the system, reseting ELV.
Checked CAS cables and socket but nothing found there.
All I can see that there is no terminal 15 coming up at all so for example steering lock is not working, I cannot change gears (automatic transsmision)

Any ideas what to check next? All I am thinking that CAS has died and if I cannot find anything I will replace CAS + DDE + key but this is the last option.

When scanned I basically found errors like no communication from/to CAS.
