Broken Headlight piece

The square plastic piece on the top of my headlight snapped off when trying to change the bulb. It covers the light that lights up when the wheel turns in the center of smaller angel eye ring. Any idea how to replace this? I didnt see a part number.

It doesn't look like any internal plastic parts are on the spares list, just bulbs screws and gaskets.
