Do you know what caused the scratch? The door trim is part vinyl with leather trim inserts and trim.
Did you scratch the weatherstriping or the door card? The door card is the interior door panel...essentially the main component of the inner door. the door armrest and handle is connected to this main piece. A scratch into this surface is hard t repair. You can probablytouch it up with vinyl based touch up paint...but it has to match 100%. Color + makes this stuff and it's a filler and coating that auto upholsterers use as a cosmetic touch up solution to heavy wear and cracks in older car leather or vinyl seats. There is a filler and a vinyl based paint coating that they make...I think it would be a solution.
