How to replace seat and curtain airbags

Has anyone seen a DIY for replacing the seat and curtain airbags? I bought a salvage 135i and these bags deployed. They seem like they'd be easy enough but I'd like to see a video or some pictures of how to get these out without damaging any trim pieces. Thanks.

#3 and #6 below (both driver's side)

You need to take down the roof liner and all of the pillars. After that the curtain airbags are visible. Then simply unscrew them.

Be sure to disconnect your battery while you plug the replacements in
