I'm keen for the $800 price. Maybe if Alufelgen set it at this price for the initial group buy regardless of how many people sign up more people will jump on board. The $800 price does sound very attractive and for those of us involved in this group buy... it's going to be a long wait

I think Alufelgen should step in and let us no if this is gonna fly with less than 20 members...I like the rims but there is another set that i am interested in if this does not fly....and i do not have to wait 4-months for them...As far as seeing $800 for a set..that would be nice but i really trhink they are gonna stay firm especially if they do not reach 20 members...Also being the offsets will be different than the picture we have seen, it would be nice to see a finished rim for perspective....I no concavity makes them look very cool, but if the offsets change to much some of that will be lost....A update would be nice!!

I'm confident Alufelgen will still make the wheels regardless of how much interest. In the last group buy Alufelgen received a substantial amount of orders once things started moving along. Not many people like to fork out the cash upfront unless they know when it's being shipped out.

I'd like an update as well. I've got some other vendors working hard to earn my business on some rims that I can have and enjoy now, not next Spring. It would help me to know if this is gonna really happen. I like the wheel and the price but not the uncertainty.

I haven't seen any responses from the Alufelgen people here...Do they respond via this thread or only though PM?
I am wondering if they make a fitment with correct offsets for the 135i M-Sport 18". I am not interested in going to 19"s. miiipilot |

They make the CSL type wheels with the offset you want in 18's. They want to make these in 19's for now at least. And usually they respond through this thread, though they have been pretty slow as of late.

This GB or details of when it will happen need to come out soon. Otherwise I will pull out and get wheels for my Mini now.
If nothing transpires in 2 days and we're still at 16 people, I'm afraid I will have to pull out.

It's been a month now since the GB went up....does this count towards the 4-5 month wait???
AGREED, Alufelgen needs to give us some info on what's up. |
