Yeah, I'd be leasing too... I'm not sure what I'd do about the tire situation myself. Changing them would be nice but its a lot of hassle to do that

That's what I do even when buying out right. Replace the 'no season's with something nice and sticky that wears quickly. The originals go into storage in the basement -- cool, sealed bags, away from light and ozone sources (furnace motors).

When it's time to sell, they're still like new and go back on the car to replace the "slicks" that scare some buyers but work just fine for me... :biggrin:
