Headlight vertical aim control driver fault

I am getting this code in ISTA, 009CB7. I believe this either started happening after I put the front m3 control arms on or after I coded out the adaptive headlights. But not sure which. I did install the new leveling arm with the m3 control arms so I dont think that is an issue. I also checked with ISTA and I am getting a voltage reading from both the front and rear leveling sensors. If anyone has any info let me know.
