Could be the brake force display brake lights on the trunk lid. Somewhat hard to check those. Need to decelerate extremely hard before they come on.

I had this issue after replacing a headlight assembly, even though everything seemed to functioning properly. I ended up coding out the light check.

It's weird because the warning goes away usually after a few min driving. |

I had the same issue a few weeks ago. Warning light would come on and my lights all worked fine, when I checked them. Turns out my plug on my headlight was loose and was only going out when driving and hitting bumps. Not sure if that's your issue but mine was fixed by simply pushing the plug in.

If it goes away, then it definitely sounds like a connection issue

Check the CCID error code to really figure out what bulb is causing this issue.

That indication is pretty sensitive. I had it come on when all exterior lights worked. it ended up being one of the H8 halo bulbs. The bulb functioned, but I assume the resistance had increased enough to trigger the warning. BMW probably only includes this feature to get you into a dealer. Either that, or they assume all BMW owners are idiots. They're 80% right.
