Replacing HiFi subs under the front seats with the Logic7 subs, will this work?

Any one have any experience with this swap? I just need to make sure they are a direct PNP replacement.

Why not look at the plug and play options from Bimmertech or Bavsound?

Too bad it seems the Focal plug and play speakers are starting to become more and more scarce and only from overseas businesses.

I was looking at those, but a forum member has a pair of logic 7 subs for a good price so it's the smarter way to go. I have a sub in the trunk so it's not the bass really that I need it's just to replace the two blown subs under the seats so the stereo can perform correctly. So really just need to know for sure if they are plug and play, I'm pretty sure they are but want to double check. Thanks for the reply tho. The BavSound ones look like a nice option if I didn't already have enough bass.

Anyone know for sure if they are PNP? The enclosures look to be identical in terms of dimensions.

I've got a pair I took out of my 2013 135i with the base HiFi system. I replaced them with the Focal plug and play speakers. Let me know if you're interested in them and we can work something out.

I'd go for it. The cavity dimensions for their placement will be the same as you know, and speakers are just a pair of wires. At worst you do some solder and shrink wrap.

And / or if you're going to do the swap, you'll have to get int here anyhow, get started now so you can see the connection type and see if it's the same as whatever is being sold assuming they have or can take pictures.

The wire connectors look the same to me via the pics. So I'm just going to go for it. I'll let you guys know how it goes. Thanks for the reply's!
