I bought new spark plugs and spark plug tool directly from their website. (no forum intervention or anything. Just regular joe buying from their website.) Price was very fair. It wasn't the cheapest but it wasn't very expensive either. However, the service/shipping was awesome.

My package came very quickly.

The good:
Very fair price, and fast, fast service/shipping.

The Bad:
The bastards sent me stuff so quick that I have to work on my car over the weekend now.

Nice! Love ECS. They've always had great prices and good service. I just wish the website was updated for better navigation for finding parts.

Recently had a huge headache with a cracked ECS oil drain plug. Cracked within 1/4 turn of the ratchet. Very low quality part.

Sorry you had an issue with the drain plug. Have you contacted my customers service guys yet in regards to the failure?

Shit I just bought their magnetic drain plug, hopefully this doesnt happen with mine.

However im very happy with ECS tunings quick shipping, my item was shipped within hours! My items were packaged really well, couldnt be happier.
