Andream MMI - reverse camera mirroring

Hello all,

I recently added an Andream Multi Media Interface to my 2011 E88, which has a CIC Idrive unit. A week ago, I installed a backup camera, but there is problem. The image is reversed! I tried changing the setting in the MMI setting to camera mirror on without any success.

I contacted Andream, and their answer was to change the settings, but it does not work.

I'm running

SDK Version: 25.0.0.7.0.0.2.0
CUST Version: EW CHL 1.6.11_n
MCU Version: 20.12.1.18
HW Version: B_CHL

Did any of you run into a similar issue.

I believe there is a wire that you have to cut on the the back up camera. It converts the forward facing camera into a reverse facing camera.
Sorry, I can not tell you exactly which one, but I remember I had to cut a wire when installing my back up camera on my other other vehicle.

Nice try, but I tried this. There is 2 wires that I can cut on the camera, one is to have the reversing lines, the other is to go from AHD (digital) to CVBS (Analog.)

I contacted the selling party and they told me to flip the image using the camera mirror setting on the MMI.

What camera did you install? I'm looking at options for my E82 with an Andream unit.
