13' 128 MnrlGrey 54k 6MT for $18.5?

I apologize if this is not the right sub-forum to ask for opinions on valuation. And I understand every car is worth whatever somebody is willing to pay for it. However, i've only been searching for my 128 6MT for a few weeks and haven't seen many so I'm not sure how reasonable this asking price is from a "market demand" view. I'd love to hear from the group.

Concerns: two dings on or near body creases, has runflats and curb rash, the milky headlights and rusted rotors make me wonder if it's been an outside car, and while it's Mineral Grey which I LOVE it also has an all-black interior which is my least favorite option but i could die from old age waiting for a 6mt mineral grey or sprklng graphite with terra or lemon right?

Thanks for weighing-in on the value. I've offered them a bit less so we'll see how it goes. If this car had the Terracotta interior it would be everything i'm looking for. This or an 08-09 Sparkling Graphite w/ Terra interior. I have no idea of the production numbers so I might be waiting a while. Not sure.
