iPhone video stopped after last update?

My car has the CIC, and until recently I've been able to play video from my iPhone on the nav screen. However, this has recently stopped working, and I think it may have stopped at the same time as the most recent iPhone s/w upgrade. Has anyone else experienced this?

Just reset the phone and it should work again.

Does it not work just while the car is moving? Perhaps a safety feature built in to the new software? Or does it also not work when the car is stationary?
