Engine stuttering/choking under light throttle HELP!

Hi all -

Thanks for reading this, I hope you can provide some insight if you've heard of this issue before. I searched but couldn't find anything on it.

Mods: Procede map 2 (latest version), ETS 5" fmic, AR catless DPs, N55 mid, bmw performance rear.

This problem just started 2 days ago. Have had the downpipes on for about 2 weeks.
Under light throttle, say 15-25%, in gears 4-6, the engine will build rpm like normal until about 3k rpm, then all of a sudden it feels like the engine hits a wall, it stops accelerating and loses all power and kind of sputters and shakes. Letting off the throttle makes the sputtering stop.
This has been occurring 50% of the time I'm in those gears the past couple days.
I can floor it in all other gears (1-3) and it performs 100% correctly.

Misfires id guess. Coils, plugs, injectors? I dont know.

My car is sitting at home because cylinder 6 all of a sudden misfires really bad. Started with light throttle only and now even misfires during idle. In my case i think its z coil that went dead.

Not sure why your car only does it after 3k and high gears.

IDK but sounds like maybe a VANOS issue?
