Question HELP. N55 Intake Vacuum line??

I installed a agency power charge pipe and BOV (2011 135i N55) yesterday and the BOV just gushes air the entire time i'm on the throttle. When i let off the throttle it seems to close.

I think that my problem is that i don't have the proper vacuum line hooked up. Or something else is wrong with the install. I have no CEL or faults, but its lost its balls when getting on the throttle.

Can anyone tell me where the intake vacuum line is on the N55?

Exclamation IMPORTANT PLEASE READ B4 buying AP BOBV

The 2011 N55 has electronic DV and does not have a vacuum source. A BOV can't be run in the traditional way.

I'm sure im the only idiot who didnt know that. but Agency Power advertises a CP/BOV kit for 2011 135 and 335 that WILL NOT WORK.

They are changing their website. They helped me out and they are making it right, so i don't want to talk shit about them. Just be carefull when shopping.

And it works fine? Do you have anything to compare it to? Is it accurate? I thought about doing this but didnt because I was worried it wouldnt be accurate or work properly.

No vacuum port? Easy fix, remove intake manifold and drill tap a vacuum port... Been done on n54s there's a diy out there...

I tapped my chargepipe for meth, and for a vacume source since i have the devilsown pressure switch, which reads off the PSI to activate the meth.

So the hole closer to the intercooler, I set the pressure switch, and the next hole close to the TB is my nozzle injector.

But the meth wont work, wont kick and I believe it might be because the CP isint sending the pressure like you say.

Do you know what else it could be?

And also, you say you have the P3 vent gauge, but isint that connected to ur OBD, and no need to set a vacuume?

Thank you!

P3 does connect to ODB port but you can hook up a physical boost line as well and use that.

Hi there nugget.
Im from colombia and have a 135i N55 and run my mechanical boost gauge with a spacer in the Map sensor on the intake manifol the one on the top where you conect the JB4, so i need to ask you a question, mi boost gauge reads a maximun vacume of like 5 psi, when i drive the car goes to 40-60 mph and let go the aceelerator pedal it goes like to 5 psi and goes back to 1 psi like if the car were park but on or when you make a full stop and the gauge read avove de 0 point, mi question is when you are driving and do the same your gauge read ????? it can be great if you can tell me, that if this is normal o i need to take the car to the esteller to see what is on.
