I'm confused at the $28K discount as the incentives are about $4K lower on the 2020's and do we have confirmation of BMW is putting the $9K trunk money on the 2020's as well?

If you're in the $700's on a 2020, you need to take that deal right now and run with it

From a ZCP (ex-) owner who got a smokin' deal.... $64k for a stripper 6MT.... the CS never made sense to me. It's basically a full-catalog/optioned car but yet wants to be a stripper... it's nowhere near a stripper. BMW forced you into a bunch of expensive (most of which have zip to do with driving dynamics) options that fully contradict the spirit of the CS. Further, the ZCP is SO DAMN good, the marginal extra performance afforded by the CS is totally pointless, certainly for any type of street use.

Even if the price were identical, I'd rather have a ZCP optioned the way I want, UNLESS, you wanted most of what the CS comes with. The only cool stuff that I'd want from the CS would be the lightweight wheels (even though the black 666s look baller and the extra mid range grunt even though the ZCP has WAY more than enough already).

Me too, how in the world would BMW sell a CS for less than a ZCP?

I'm confused
BMW priced them high and had issues selling them, so they offered a ton of incentives (...to the tune of $15k or more in discounts). BMW did the same with the i8 last year. They were leasing for about the same price or less than an ///M3 or ///M4. As a result, a ton of BMW employees were leasing i8's.

Is that for a 24 month or 36 months lease? Also is that total money out of pocket and does the payment include tax?

If this is the car, it's a 2019

Does anybody know what the current residual and MF rates are?
Trying to negotiate a deal for a 2019 M4 CS here in the Bay Area and so far I'm getting about 54% on residual rate which is not favorable.
Thanks in advance for any help

Miles? Period?

.00145 MF
24/36 @10000 miles
63%/57% residual
$5000 lease credit
$2500 loyalty

Which dealer are you talking to? I've tried both Steven creek and mountain view. They are jokes.

Looking at 10,000 miles per year for 36 months. I'm in north bay and getting 54% on residual value. I haven't confirmed what MF they're giving me but i think it's in the high range. Sucks

63%?! Is that a typo? That's incredible.

residuals are set by BMWNA and not regional based. How are they factoring 54% residual? it should be 56% on 12,000 and 57% on 10,000 for a 36 months lease, or 62%/63% for 24 months.

Unless BMW recently changed this? But looking at another members 2019 lease deal for July, its still should be at 57%.

The offer sheet they gave me was reflecting 54% figure based on my computation. I guess they're trying to sneak one on me. Thanks for the info

Offer sheets might as well go into the trash. If you do your homework you already know all the numbers including residual, MF, incentives, rebates, and the down payment ($0). The only thing you need to be negotiating is the selling price. What you should be double checking is if they change the others.

So, as far as the MF is concerned, how do you negotiate this? I know a lot of it is based on your credit scores, right? My current CA is putting me at .0185 and I'm arguing that I should get at least a.0165. Is there a set base rate for this?
I apologize for my lack of knowledge on this but will appreciate your input. Thanks

Just let them know that to do the deal, you want the "Base Rate" Money factor is .00165. (Which it might be .00145 for July from what people said)
