Internet on iDrive. In Canada?

Hi folks,

Does anyone have Internet working on their iDrive system, in Canada? IE: If you browse over to bmw.ca, a few of the cars display a Google home page on the nav screen. I know this works outside of Canada, but I haven't seen it work in Canada?

I'm willing to consider any method (even coding option, if available). I'd love to have the option....

Did you get this service done? Any issues? How does BMW Internet work, is it tethered or via built in sim?
