How remove panel behind rear seat headrests

Can anyone tell/show me how to remove the black fabric panel behind the rear seat headrests. It's the one with the speaker covers.

I got it! Not sure if anyone cares, but I figure I can at least explain the process in case someone is curious in the future.

I had to dismantle pretty much the entire rear end of the interior and trunk to get this panel off!

The panel is called the rear window shelf. Here's a description of the part: http://www.realoem.com/bmw/showparts...19&hg=51&fg=40

1) fold down the rear seats
2) remove the side leather seat bolsters (under the rear seat belts) - there's only 1 clip at the top which requires a lot of force to pull it out
3) remove the trunk rubber weather strip
4) remove the big hard plastic piece in the back of the trunk
5) remove the trunk lining on both sides
6) remove the interior plastic panels above the rear seat belts
7) remove the plastic seat belt covers at the top of the rear seat belts
8) finally, the rear fabric panel with speaker covers can be unscrewed (the speakers are wired and screwed into this panel, and a wire on each side can be unplugged to free the panel)

It was a lot more trouble than I expected, but I'm pretty new to removing interior panels and parts.

This is the corner pieces by the rear window that has a small rectagular piece with "airbag" on it. Remove this piece and behind it is a T20 screw. There are two fasteners holding at the top front and rear. Just give it a tug with your plastic panel removal tool to unlatch them and the slid it forward.

There are two fasteners at the top of the seat belt cover and a hex screw at the bottom. Remove these and the pull the cover away from the window to unhook it from the rear shelf.

Remove the rear speaker covers and speakers. Remove the small plastic covers on the child seat anchors and remove the bolt inside it with a T40. Then on the front of the shelf there are 5 plastic fasteners that need to be removed. Pull foward on the front edge of the shelf to lossen it from the metal edge and lift it over the rear seat latches. You can then pull it towards you to remove it.
