Misfire code and thermostat code help
Okay, I don’t really need help with the misfire codes because I 100% got a bad tank of gas from some s-hole gas station. What im confused about is that when i was clearing the codes, I got a 2ef7 shadow code, which is for a fault in the map thermostat. My question is, why is this a shadow code? Shouldnt it be an active fault? Car seems to operate at the same normal temps it always had so im not really worried about it overheating at the moment, im more confused than anything. Is this related to the misfire codes somehow?
