Click during accel./decel at ~12mph - not exhaust flap

Like the title says while tooling around town, I notice a click from outside the car at around 12 mph. I notice it a lot on small streets where I’m going slow and can hear the echo. First I thought, must be the exhaust flap, I’ll just do the golf tee mod. Come to find out I have the performance exhaust with no flap. Watergate? I would think that would be load dependent not speed dependent. Seems to happen when I’m on, off, or transient throttle.

The vacuum flap actuator is there. It's the black cylinder looking thing on the right side of the picture with the rubber hose coming out of it. You do the golf tee mod to that hose.

The flap actuating was pretty loud and obnoxious on my stock 128i muffler, I was surprised how loud it was when I first started noticing it.

Oh, no I’m blind. Yes you are correct. Also on further inspection, I have a resonator so it’s not an PE.
