Lol, I wish. I've had this plate for a while. Was on my SL back in 03. Going to try and get it transferred to the Ferrari.

I've got "Hotel 1" and "Gunday" (goon in Hindi) somewhere.
That would make you at least 29, right?

Are you in the *ahem* 30 club

SL was bought into family in 03. I didn't get a crack at it until 2010. I've got some years before the 30 club .

Quite some success to have a Ferrari and all that investment capital at the tender age of 22

Edit: maybe it's been asked on here before, but what field did you make your money in?

I thought his family owned hotels? So isn't it just family money? That was my assumption.

Family business (hospitality and commercial real estate) and getting into the stock market at an early age. The Ferrari was mainly from the hotel business...something my grandpa, dad, and I had dreamed about for a long time.

That's cool - I really like the hotel business and am actually considering getting involved. What kind of role do you have with that business?

Thanks.

Basically grunt work. Make sure things are operating smoothly, and solve problems as they arise. Most of the time it's just going around from property to property and making sure things are smooth. Might adjust rates depending on how the rooms are moving. Sometimes, unexpected shit like sourcing material from a different vendor and getting it delivered cuz Home Depot is full of twats. Occasionally I'll fill in front desk if needed.

It's funny. My dad started doing this stuff at this age, and now I'm doing it.

At 19, I bought and paid for a Nissan Sentra (Wagon) in a summer working for my dad.

I made payments of $500 a week and paid the note in full over 90 day

On the hotels - national flag?

I lend in the hotel sector, what's your expected RevPAR? Normalized Occupancy rate(s) to be profitable?

This was before they designed to build off the mustang platform. It was a great car, had a beast of a 3.0 V6 and MT.

Talking for the Chicagoland area, it's a tad above $105. Indiana is just above $100.

As far as flags, it's a mixed bag of Choice, Wyndham, and Hilton.

Not bad, it's good to have diverse experience, I imagine. I didn't realize that kind of role paid Ferrari money, and you said you are new to it?? ...Now I really need to get into the hotel business.

Well, alone it got me my 3 and partially the Tesla. Ferrari money came mostly from the commercial real estate and past investments.

Oh okay, I thought you had said previously that the Ferrari mostly came from the hotel business. Did you start the commercial real estate before the hotel business?
