Head unit replacement.

Hi,
I have a Dynavin N6 fitted to my E88 and the screen has stopped working so I'm looking at getting a Joying 9" single din unit but not sure if the unit will be too low and cover the climate controls.
Has anyone fitted one of these and could show me how far they come down .
Also would it be possible to link the installation manual so I can see the wiring diagrams to look at the canbus connections to see if the harness that came with the dynavin unit can be used.

Thanks.

I don't know much about the Joying model posted. But for the same price/cheaper you can get the one designed for the 1 series. The bezel moves the controls down. See my install.

Thanks for reply, looks a nice unit and install.
Only problem I have with the 2 din units is where to locate my switches for the roof etc. which is why I'm going more down the single din route.

I don't have a picture of it, but there is a cutout under the HVAC controls (pointing down) for the roof switches. They are tucked under, out of sight, but there.

Edit: That said, mine is an E82, so I just have the provided blockout plate installed in the aforementioned hole.
