135i on VMR 801

Hey guys, VMR had recently released the VMR 801 and I've noticed a few people with 1 series had already purchased them. Here's a couple photos on how fitment looked. Know, I had the front end replaced with OEM 1M front bumper and fenders. (I know the grills are missing, jobs changed and haven't had the time to get around and pick them up)

Suspension:
KW V2 Coilovers

Wheel set up
18x8.5 et35
18x9.5 et45

235/40/18 Zestino Acrova 07a
255/35/18 Zestino Acrova 07a

Alignment is set to stock 135i parameters.

Fitment is great! I was running on Eibach lowering springs before I switched over to the KW V2s. The suspension height is pretty close to OEM height.

Looks perfect, curious how they'd look on a stock front 135i. Also is that a wrap or paint?

It's a wrap. Was done with Avery Dennison's high gloss grey.
On the stock front 135i I'd recommend the 35 offset.

Personally, the OEM 1M wheel is a +30 offset. I'd like to get these wheels in a +20 or +25 offset to get the fronts fitting a touch better.

Very well done wrap, I'm impressed with the Avery stuff compared to my 3M wrap. I'll definitely get Avery next time.

Thanks! My friends at Midnight Tint and Vinyl were the ones that applied the wrap (in MI). The wrap has been on the car for over 2 years now. It's been holding up very well. The front end wrap is only 2 months old, but matches pretty well with the more worn out wrap on the rest of the car

Thanks for the info, great to know it holds up long term too!

Man, the V801 looks amazing on your 1 Series! The contrast between the wrap color and the Hyper Silver is perfect! Great job!
