Oil leak? Makes no sense

Hi all! I have a 2010 135i N54 FBO stage 2+ turbos and I've been having trouble trying to figure out why my intercooler to cold chargepipe is leaking oil. I am running a catch can. All the other spots in the photo are previous leaks.

Best,
Flynn

There's a heat exchanger right there above that coupler, maybe double check it's not coming from there?

The trans cooler isn't leaking and that's the only thing I could find. It's coming from the coupler

Is the oil coming down from the oil filter head/oil cooler thermostat? That's a common leak point and lines up with your wet spot.

Have you checked how much oil your catch can is picking up?

Oil filter housing gasket or oil cooler gasket would be my bet. The filter housing gasket can be a sneaky leak (was on my car). If it turns out to be either of those replace ASAP because that oil will spray all over your belt and engine. Dangerous and messy!

It's the turbo blowing oil into the intercooler.
The spater you see there is from a small boost leak. The endtanks aren't round (china shit). The clamp has a hard time forming to a non-round surface. Ideally the silicon coupler should fill the gap, and it will to a point.
The only solution I'd found was the clamp had to be as far back as possible, just after the bead; and really crank down on the T-Bolt. It should bite into the coupler. Constant Tension clamps would be better though.

On the turbos blowing oil into the cooler, just keep an eye on oil consumption. Mine lasted quite a while blowing a little oil ... at 30psi.
