Seat wiring diagram help

Vehicle is 2011 N51 128i with 14k miles

Originally came equipped with base electric seats with memory and heat

First swapped those out with e92 sport seats with added electric lumbar and side bolsters.

Had a shop get all that working.

Finally swapped interior with coral red MANUAL seats with electric bolsters and heat only.

Figured everything would be plug and play since I had heat in original seats and got bolsters working in previous swap.

Neither heat nor bolsters work now in current manual seats.

Very perplexing, and I can't find a wiring diagram for the manual seats, and every retrofit DIY is ADDING heat or adding electric.
